Estimator of Blood Alcohol Concentration

These charts estimate the blood alcohol concentration of men and women. Please note that they are not intended to be precise estimations because individuals will metabolize alcohol at different rates. You will notice that women generally metabolize alcohol more slowly than men do at the same overall weight.  Also, keep in mind that one must subtract 0.01 for every 40 minutes of drinking.  Stated otherwise, one should subtract 0.015 for every hour of drinking.
